Moevenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea Sweimeh, Sweimeh

The hotel is nestled in a garden building in the northern part of the Sea, close to Amman and Mount Nebo. The rooms, although beautifully decorated, had some tears in the door and window screens which allowed bugs in occasionally. The service was excellent with a special shoutout to Vanessa and Mohammed for their assistance. The location offers stunning views of the Dead Sea, but keeping the grounds clean can be challenging. The dining experience, while having various options, suffered from poor quality and organization. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, the food and beverage prices were quite high, which may not suit all guests.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden close to different pools and access to the beach. The rooms had a door that didn't lock properly, shower head was loose and won't work well, and the shower had moldy spots on the grout, but overall, the air conditioning was working well. I appreciate all the staff who helped me at this lovely hotel.

I was so happy with my choice of this hotel. Despite the room being a bit cold and the shower causing some flooding issues, the warm welcome, cozy lobby, and spotless cleanliness made up for it. Overall, a good stay with some minor room issues.
